I can't get into my account. I've tried a number of tries and keep getting the message, "We're experiencing trouble processing your sign-in. Please sign-out and try again." This is my first time on this forum and I used the same credentials to log in here and it worked perfectly. The links to the content on my site still work, but I just can't get to my c-panel to upload more content. Thanks for your help!!!

Yeah, I have noticed the same thing myself this morning. I tried the clearing cache and stuff from last november's post on this. Do we basically just have to wait it out, or what? I'm new to the service as well.

I tried that but I get the error message: The login is invalid. I'm using the same credentials I use to login to thsi forum so that can't be it.

Your account is on server xo3, so the above examples would not work as those servers does not hold your account.
https://xo3.x10hosting.com:2083/ should however work in your case.

So I finally got in. I just kept trying every combination of the url you sent. xo1,xo2,xo3 and finally xo3 worked. Thanks for your help.

I tried them all but still can't get in. How do you know which server you are on? When you log in directly is the username and password the same as when you log into the forum and the general website? Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Is there an easy way to tell what xo# server would work for a user name?

Sorry for the repeat posts. As soon as I used the credentials provided in my sign up email, against the server mentioned in the same email ... the cPanel login went right through.

My username was different though from the email or forum user name. I wonder if it is a SSO or name lookup issue that is going on.

    THanks!

    Hello x10 Administrator,

Two problems I need assistance with:

    1. I also am unable to log in to my x10host free hosting account. The prompt reads, “An error was encountered on our end. We're experience trouble processing your sign-in. Please sign out and try again.” I clicked “CAN’T ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT?," was prompted to enter my email to reset my password, received the email, followed the indicated link, entered a new password, followed the prompting to log in, and again received the “An error was encountered on our end....” message. I’ve changed my password three times and am still unable to log in. Since others are also having login problems today, it appears this may be a system-wide issue.

    2. I was able to log in to my cPanel account. As I was exploring the options, I switched to the x10x3 theme and discovered that Cloudfare is not listed. I would like to change back to the Basic theme to have access to my Cloudfare settings but the switch theme option under Dashboard will not allow switching back. Because I'm not able to log in to my x10 hosting account, I'm not able to make the switch there. My request is to switch me back to the Basic theme.

Appreciate your help. My site/account is susanshugars.x10host.com

I also have the same error msg. But for me, I'm trying to unsuspend my account and I can't login via cPanel either.

    Can an admin help please?

I'm on (or was on) the lotus server. Not sure which xo# this is now (if ever it was changed). Also, this time I don't think I received suspension warnings prior to the notice.

UPDATE: I managed to get past sign in, but clicking on the "unsuspend" button takes me right back to the same error. "An error was encountered on our end".

I hope this can be sorted. I don't want to lose the account I've had for so many years.

I am having the exact same issue. I haven't been able to login since yesterday when I first created my account. Every time I reach the error page, I get spammed with a bizarre "your account was suspended" email for no reason... Can any admin / employee help me with this?

I just tried logging into my own free account without any issues, are there still issues for anyone of you?

I am now able to log in without any errors. Also, I now see Cloudfare in my cPanel options, so no need to switch my theme back to Basic. But the Switch Theme drop-down menu in the Dashboard panel is still not working -- the theme does not change when selected.
