    My php script returns a blank page. By searching the forum, I determined that it was because of a PHP fatal error; and that php error reporting is turned off.

    To turn php error reporting on, the post went on to say that you had to be using cPanel x3. When I click on the Switch cPanel mode link at the top of the page, I get the Keep x10Hosting Basic or Switch to cPanel x3 dialog box. Clicking the Switch to cPanel x3 button, I'm asked to log in again. But I'm returned to the x10 hosting Basic control panel.

    Actually i figured it out

    After you log in from the main X10hosting website
    and you go into your dashboard

    on the top right hand side you will see "switch "
    and the Cpanel option will come up, after ask you to log in , you should see the cpanel

    @element80

    That's exactly what I tried; but as I said, it didn't work. Seems to be a bug here.

    Having a similar issue. Stuck in paper_lantern theme. If I try to select x10x3 it just reloads to Home screen still with the paper_lanter theme. The account is kolbysx1 on xo7.x10hosting.com

    try clearing your cache and then login again. Sometimes this helps.

    I tried incognito mode in Chrome and using Edge (which I never used to log in before) but still have this problem.
