We are currently working on getting ready for a migration of all our free hosting servers to a new platform, which will enable us to better manage and keep the servers, as well as giving them some much needed cleaning.

This is a multi-step process, and most of it happens in the background. During the migration, you will most likely notice a small amount of downtime, as we must move all accounts over to the newly provisioned server, and set everything up on them. The migration will not guarantee that you are on the same server that you're on now, as we will be dividing up the accounts onto these new servers so that the disk space usage is even on all of them.

We expect that this change will help the servers to operate more efficiently and allow for higher uptime percentages across the board. Once we finalize more of the details, we will update the community with a more specific timeline.

The migration will be happening this weekend.

The migration on Absolut, Level, and Vox servers has been started.

x10Hosting free hosting account signups have been temporarily disabled at this time. Any signups submitted will be queued and provisioned on Tuesday, April 22nd, in the order they were received.

All accounts have now been successfully migrated to their new homes, and we are now working on getting all of our previous settings and configurations to the new servers.

Previously created support tickets have now been closed. If you have any issues regarding any missing files or databases, please create a new forum topic and we will tend to issues individually. For any other questions, please can we ask that you use the search function before creating a new topic.

For further information, please see http://status.x10hosting.com/

We would like to thank you for your cooperation and patience during the server migrations, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
