Unfortunately I can't access the account or website from here....
therefore my website is useless and I need to upload it to a local host service...
for that they ask me for this:
You have sent domain files and we need database which is mapped to "nobedbug_wp181". Please export the database from an external hosting provider and provide us to import to the website.
please can you let me know how can I do?
