Different Versions of Cpanel?

So, on one account, it shows me the older looking Cpanel:
cPanel_-_Main.png


But on another account, it shows me a newer version:
cpanel-vs-plesk-cPanel-54.jpg

I have also noticed that the older one is on the subdomain x06
and the newer one is on x07. Is there any way I can get the newer version of cpanel?
