DNS Error: Cannot determine nameserver IPs, but domain is registered.

Hello

I have made a dot tk account and i have set up in that account the x10hosting nameservers:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then i tried to add that domain as add-on domain in cPanel, but i get this error:
"Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."
But the nameservers were properly set up in the dot tk account:
meant is this domain: the-wedgie-community.tk

How can this be fixed?

That's usually just a matter of DNS propagation; it can take some time before the changes are accessible through the DNS chain.

Hmm...its still not working.

I created now a .usa.cc domain and after 10mins i could add it as add-on domain in cPanel
Success message: The addon domain “the-wedgie-community.usa.cc” has been created.

As I write this, neither show any DNS propagation. The problem seems to be at dot.tk 's end. I would try resetting the nameservers there (just reverse the order of the two) to see if that unsticks the system.
