Email/MX record help please!

I have my email service through NameSecure, but it doesn't work anymore. Settings on NameSecure are fine. I had originally thought I needed to set up MX records here on X10, but found I didn't, so I went in and deleted what I had entered on X10. The email still won't work and I'm lost as to what else to do. Please help!

Everything worked fine until I missed a login notification and had to recreate my account. I screwed something up second time around, that's for sure.

Your Domain Registar defines who hosts your DNS. Make sure it is pointing to the right place.

Your DNS host maintains your MX records. Make sure they are correct there.

There are also timeout periods. It may take a while for everyone to re-read DNS and know the correct MX records. Some mail servers also cache longer than they are told to by DNS.
