My domain got suspended due to logging in on a disallowed country (Japan), although I am really NOT from Japan but I was using a VPN which is originated at Japan when logging in to my x10hosting account. I would like to know when will the support team take action and reply on my email. I've been waiting 2 days straight checking my email again and again.
