Both of my websites has the same error:
Website #1: charlih.x10.mx

Website #2: indexbox.x10host.com
@server: x12.x10hosting.com

thats means your ip was blocked for failed login attempts.
you will have to wait for staff to unblock you.

Please note that all support requests should come from the linked forum account so we can verify ownership of account (also having two accounts can be subject to suspension as it is a ToS violation).

I don't see anything that is wrong with the accounts and the IP (assuming you post from the same as you try to login from) is not blocked by the servers.

If you go directly to https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222 and https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222 for the respective accounts are you able to login then?

There are a small number of cases where the passwords in DirectAdmin and client area does not match up which would prevent automatic login from working, if this is the case I'll have to set one directly on DirectAdmin for you.

Under the Quick FTP link on the sso login page you'll see the username you need to use when going directly to the server.

Tried both URL by using Quick FTP link accounts and got unable to logon with the message "Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again.".
So, need your help to set directly on DirectAdmin.
