Failed to connect to mysql database

I know you are still working on the migration of all the websites but I haven't found yet a comment in the forum with something related to the mysql connection error that I get periodically and for several hours a day since Friday January 31st.
This is the error I get: "Failed to connect to mysql database: Resource temporarily unavailable".
Should I wait until they finish migrating? or should I think it's an error in my database?
