Free vs. Premium

I am on free hosting and now my site won't open. When will this be fixed?

Will it be like this if I upgrade my site into a premium hosting account?

If so, what'd be the best thing to do..?

Your server is stoli. and stoli is under migration This will solve after migration done...

No paid hosting is not same... 99.9% uptime is granted on paid hosting...

The best thing to do is wait if you don`t want to purchase premium hosting...
