We no longer limit the file size on FTP transfers.

Please be aware we do review sites if you are found to be violating the terms you will lose your account.

    Dear Sir,
Suppose in my site if I need to add a youtube video which is a exercise machine demo and If that is not uploaded by me on youtube, and If I use that video as a flv player on my x10 site page, will that be a ToS violation?

Only if it breaks someones copyright.
I'd recommend obtaining the creator's permission to embed it on your site to keep yourself safe.
