I'm using https redirect for cloud flare. Id rather perform this redirect by the toggle switch in the domain page, but I am greeted by a message that says it was disabled for the whole xo2 server. My friend on xo7 can do it without an issue.

im on x05 with https also.
but i thought i read somewhere in the forums here,
that https was actually not supplied for free accounts.
but that you could use a free service like ssl for free to get certificates.

I use cloud flare to beat around the bush per se and get and SSL, but for some reason it says on xo2 that HTTPS Redirect for forcing it on has been disabled on the server. Buddy of mine on xo7, it allows him but throws a warning because of not having an actual SSL present on the server.

i think there is a "cheat" for that too i seen somewhere,
but im not sure if its ok with x10hosting if you do it.
should check the terms and Acceptable Use Policy to be certain.
but it was some string you could add to the htaccess file to allow https.

I don’t believe it would be a violation as you can essentially do the same exact thing on the redirects tab

That may be true, i just thought id add those links just in case.
I briefly read them and didnt see anything particular either,
besides something about altering header information.
