I can't log on to CPanel

Well, I just opened an account and logged in hit CPanel tried everything I could to log in but nothing worked. Then I tried resetting my password and see if it would be sent to my e-mail, but so far, nothing has been sent and now I feel like a total n00b.at:

How many attempts did you try? If you failed to log in after several attempts you will be firewalled. So now you will need to post some information so staff can better server you.

Domain name ie www.yourdomain.x10hosting.com or whatever it might be and username might help them a bit also.

www.cemetary.exofire.net I don't think I tried enough to get firewalled but...actually I'm not even sure what my login is unless its the same as my profile I've got nothin'

At least I had the login name right...I tried logging on quite a few times with the password x10 gave me. That just didn't work unfortunately.

I should have posted this last time, the user name when logging in has to be put in all lowercase. Are you entering it as all lowercase?
