i need help here :(

i can't access my site nor my cpanel..it says

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i've read the sticky posts and knew about the migration and stuffs but the thing is.. i don't know how to change my settings to "localhost"..can someone help me pls? thank you..
