My network was detected to be a vpn or proxy, however, that's false, as it is my real resisdential ip.

I don't believe your account can be restored. There hasn't been an unblocked login since April, 2019. It would have been eventually deleted sometime in the past year. It's been gone for so long now, there's probably no trace of it.

Sorry for the bad news. I'll ask an admin to see if I'm incorrect, but usually after 2-3 months it's too late.

Garret is correct, the account was terminated in August last year.

Once terminated there is no restoration option under normal circumstances, especially not so long after it was terminated.

Free hosting does not have email support, these forums here is the official support section for free hosting.

thanks for the reply. If this acount is a goner I guess I'll have to live with it.

However, is it possible for me to register with the same email on the same IP address for a new account?

Once registrations is open you should be able to, though I believe they are still closed off from our migrations. I did help with some troubleshooting the other day and found a few concerns that needed to be addressed before signups are turned on. Hopefully we are close to having it work properly though.
