I get through the login successfully to this point

https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/login.php

The active button goes from standby to Open cPanel

Pressing that goes to

https://x10hosting.com/sso/main/caf

With the message:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.

An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

Been like this since early Jan
FTP also fails

Update process has given me a new user name

Help please website now out of date need to urgently amend or take down

The migrations would not have changed the username in any way, how do you experience that it has changed?

I found the issue with your logins, it appears that your account failed in transfer (and is therefor still loading from old server), I have notified the one in charge of migrations about the issue and hopefully he'll be able to sort it out quickly for you.

ps. when you notice an issue like this, it is always a good idea to report it right away so we can investigate.

I have the same issue, so how do I resolve? Is there a way to request a reset? This makes sense because when I ftp a file to the server, the
changes never take effect, so I believe my site was never migrated.

Your account is migrated just fine, everything looks right. What do you have as host in your ftp client? The server address has changed, your server is: x14.x10hosting.com

Ps. it is always best to start your own thread so that your questions are not overlooked

Thanks, I will put that in my ftp transfer, so how do I access the equivalent to Cpanel? this is the error I get.

https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
That would be the equivalanent to cPanel and that address should work fine, I didn't find your IP blocked in the firewall which would have been the most logical reason for connection reset, unless there was a temporary hickup with the server

Shouldn't make any difference if you use the "clean" url or the one you provided though, but just in case when going directly to the server it is usually done with out the /CMD_LOGIN such as: https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222

Note that direct logins will not count towards the account inactivity timer.
