what is thiS??? it parked my domain instead of adding it, cpanel is confusing me...

heres what it said:

yah, mine just worked again, but the domain is "parked" wich i think i will wait for a few days, but if it is still parked idk, i'm not sure how to set it up then... maybe it is supposed to be idk i'll see i guess

im really confused mines just not letting me FTP or Cpanel And my addon domains r saying:
"account suspended" this is really confusing i'll post a support request
