I am currently using the Site Builder since I am not totally good with using HTML. My question is this. Is there any way to make a fixed Background inside the Site Editor? Other words, placing the background picture to stay put on the screen rather than move up or down on the page causing the screen to go white while the wallpaper moves off the screen on long pages. I know I can make a fixed background if I were using the HTML only editor but I have not figured out how with the Site Builder.
