No MySQL server created

Hi - hoping you can help.

I created a MySQL database which I know was working as I set up a WordPress account that was linking to it just fine. Now the DB has disappeared and now evertime I create a MySQL DB it says it has been created but it is not listed?? The same happens when I use the wizard.

I also get this error:
phpMyAdmin - Error

#1129 - Host 'stoli.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'


If I try to access my WP blog http://www.alineandsteve.x10hosting.com/blog/ I get his error:

It looks to me like there is an issues with the SQL DB?
