php upgrade still pending

I have requested to have my php version upgraded to Intermediate PHP Configuration 2 days back,which is still under pending .I didn't even get a confirmation email about my request .

I need the Intermediate PHP Configuration for my phpbb board.

can you please resolve my problem by upgrading the php version.

The "Upgrade Pending" is next to the "Basic" PHP configuration.
You haven't requested the "Intermediate" one. Go to your AMP and request it.

I thought since "upgrade pending" is showed beside basic configuration ,my application to upgrade basic configuration is pending.

so what does the "upgrade pending" beside basic version mean?

It should go away after the upgrade to intermediate is complete. If not, just ignore it =P
