Problem with extracting my files in the file manager

Please help me with this problem I need it today. I need to upload my files through x10hosting but when I click my zip file in the file manager as I click the extract it is not appearing. This is the photo that I can show you. The extract button is not clickable. Please help me thank you.

that 'green' check mark on that icon is the icon - the only file selected is [ char.zip ] - in blue

I already click the char.zip file but when I clicked the extract button it is not clickable. Any other option?. If I try other free hosting sites, I can't register a new domain because it is already registered here in x10hosting.
