So whats your point? If you already read that then you should understand why no new accounts cannot be process for the time being. Are you trying to say they should process new accounts since its already passed 4-5 days? So what if you can get your hosting now? You cant even access cpanel. :getlost:

It also says in there that you can apply for free hosting and the sooner you do the better spot you will get in the waiting list (queu) SO I guess you can still apply if you want to

yea but I don`t need cpanel .... I make my page with Microsoft Front Page and just upload the .html by FTP .... so ...

They are still not accepting applications yet. Well they are but they will approve it when they see fit
