I am having the same issue, I can not log into my Cpanel. Also I am getting a 404 redirect (Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.) when I try to load my website. I use my website everyday, is there any way that you could fix the issue so I can keep working on my website?

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 60 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.
