Site cannot open MySQL connection

Hello,

My website is no long able to create a connection the the MySQL database. The error I am presented is:

Warning: mysqli::__construct(): (HY000/2002): Connection refused in /home/cohortx1/domains/cohort.x10host.com/public_html/classes/mysql.php on line 921

I suspect it is related to the changes made as part of the cpanel migration but have no way to connect to my files and double check the settings. Please can an admin provide an update on the migration?

Following on from my post above, if anyone else is having the same problem was able to open an FTP connection to my files using the details in the x10 landing page (where the Open cPanel button can be found). Use the FTP client (WinSCP for me) I was able to open and edit the MySQL settings in my database connection file and the database problem is fixed.

There is still a problem with my SSL certificate, but I'll open a seperate ticket for this.
