I am unable to log into my cPanel. The site is running so slowly and locking up. I am unsure of what is happening.

Unsure if this is related to another problem I’ve been having of the site saying that resources were used or something similar. I am unsure why in the world I’m having these problems. nomadicstudios.x10host.com is the domain by the way.
