I was just migrated from xo2 to x13 and noticed the following things,

1. When trying to access my subdomains, they do seem to correctly point to this server and the records are there, but I get an apache is functioning normally message and those subdomains are not listed on DirectAdmin console. The corresponding files are present for those subdomains. Should I attempt to re-add them and put the files back for them? I don't want to fully remove the records in an effort to not mess with the Cloudflare integration that seems to be in tact from what was moved to x13.

2. It shows both of my databases there, but they show as 0 active databases.

3. I'm seeing some weird CNAME records that were not there before.

Also, every time I try to access the /config sub directory, for some reason I keep being redirected to DirectAdmin when doing that.

also, when everything is finalized, would DNSSEC become enabled along with bringing Railgun back for Cloudflare?

Just guessing but its likely the changes are not complete yet.
it might take a while before the directadmin is fully ready.

i saw a post by Anna earlier where she said something about
cloudflare not being set up yet but other admins were going to
be working on it, as it wasnt a priority yet.

i know they haven't done x05 yet, so i cant say to much.

@Anna, just curious if xo2 was done being moved to x13, my subdomains are still gone, the records are there and the directories, but they are not there in DA listed.

I'm not sure who added CNAME records that translate over to COMODO Certification Authority.
