Hi, I (and others) am getting TCP resets (Connection Refused) when trying to access my website. I verified with Wireshark that the device with IP address 198.91.81.11 is sending periodic TCP resets when trying to access my website.

C:\Windows\System32>nslookup 198.91.81.11
Server: dns.google
Address: 8.8.8.8

Name: x11.x10hosting.com
Address: 198.91.81.11

Are you guys aware of any issues, possibly, or know why I would be getting TCP resets? The issue seemed to have started around 4/22. Thanks!

EDIT: sorry, just to clarify, it looks like that IP is the actual server that my website is hosted on.

EDIT: Not sure if it helps or not, but I've attached a pic of the capture.

That is indeed the IP that your site is hosted on, all sites on that server share that IP.

We have noticed that this does indeed affect all servers, intermittently.

I have yet to find out the true cause however, and have also alerted the other more senior admins that may have access to parts I don't.

Thanks for the heads up and good to know that you guys are aware. Thanks!
