Anyway =.= I'm a total jackass in FTPs and was wondering if someone could teach me. I've searched the forum like, 10 times, and none of them was regarding how to connect to FTPs. Can you tell me what to do? And, do I need to allow ports and stuff if I have firewall and antiviruses on?

Try using your subdomain name and your username and password you use for cpanel that should work.

Try using IE just for testing... put this in the address bar ftp://iris.x10hosting.com
If it doesn't ask for a username go up to file and pick login as.
username iris
password ***** <-- insert your password there
