Can anyone help me download a backup of my websites database?
I'm trying to migrate my site to a new host and got a "Token Mismatch" error. I need to make a backup for migration purposes but I can't proceed without downloading a backup first.
I was able to download the backup through Cpanel, however this does not include a backup of the database. I attempted to retrieve this backup through the database backup section and was unable to connect (The phpmyadmin section
provided me with a Error TokenMismatch error, which I am unsure what
that is).
I was told by support that they can't answer my question via email, and that I should post the question on here. That way, a staff member or community member can help.
He also said I could buy premium hosting, but I can't afford that at the moment.
