Resolved Unable To Create Domain account

Im unable to create a Domain account
I do See where it says

We are currently not accepting new accounts while we perform maintenance on our backend systems. We expect to re-open by the end of March.

Is this still going on we're 3 months from march already
When can i expect to be able to create a domain account?

I created a thread to notify people what's going on:

There has been no new information from the admin team regarding what will be working and when. I sent a message to the head admin and will update everyone accordingly.
