Understanding Cloudflare and my Godaddy domain name - zero stats?

Im sure this has been asked before, forgive me, but I have a domain hosted by Godaddy.com and a premium x10 hosting account.
I forwarded the nameservers to x10 and I activated the cloudflare option, set my password, and logged in to cloudflare successfully.
My twos 'sites' mysite.elementfx.com and mydomain.com show up in cloudflare but the stats show zero.

Hints? What next? I read something about a cname pointing to www but I am confused exactly what to do....

Have you activated CloudFlare from your cPanel, or from the CloudFlare website itself?
