I was unable to unsuspend you in the backend likely due to transfers being ongoing on the server you are moved onto. I have however unsuspended you on the serverside.
It is possible that you won't be able to login through the sso for the time being, and unfortunately there could be a sync putting the server back on suspension, but you should be able to login directly to https://x15.x10hosting.com:2222 using the same password as for the sso page and the hosting username (first 8 characters of your domain)
I will see to that the suspension is lifted from the backend as well as soon as I'm able to.
I did notice that your site currently gives an error so it may be that you have to switch to an older version of php (if the script for instance uses the depreceted mysql_ functions instead of the mysqli_ or PDO options). You will find this option under "Extra Features".
