What is the PHP email limit?

Hi all,

Trying to find out what the limit is for sending emails via PHP on free hosting? Like x emails per hour.

I have not heard of a limit on the amount of emails to send.
but if you send to many, you might get suspended for spamming.
if its against x10hostings terms or the acceptable use policy
