Resolved x10 Hosting domain is gone from my upgraded account

Hi there! I have a few files uploaded to my free hosting with x10. Since the move to Direct Admin, my x10 subdomain doesn't work and my files aren't "online". My account also says I don't have a domain, but when I try to re-register my domain, it says it is taken. I read several articles, but can't find one about migration issues and what I might have missed here.

That would be an indication that something did go wrong in the migrations.

I can sort this by using the backup from the old server that was made right before the servers were taken offline.

This means the current DirectAdmin account will be removed and replaced with the one restored from our backup.
Have you made any changes in your account after the migrations you would need to back those up first (ie database changes and filechanges).
