Connection problems FTP [FILEZILLA]

Hi guys,

for days, I have problems to enter the FTP of my FREE account, the only thing that tells me is that the connection was established, and remains in "waiting message of server welcome". Create another account, and also suffer the same problem. Do you know why this happens? And I'm sorry for my bad English.
